Thibodeau & Baker, LLP were founded in 1966 and are located in Providence, Rhode Island. The firm consists of five attorneys who provide legal services to individuals and business clients throughout Rhode Island.

We are a general practice law firm which specializes in real estate law including closings and title work; civil litigation; wills, trusts and estate planning; estate tax planning; probate law; bankruptcy; banking law; corporate and business law; commercial law and mediation. Our attorneys represent clients in state and federal court.

Our firm works in connection with Realty Data, Inc., a real estate title service corporation which provides a full range of title services to lenders and professionals throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. This allows us to provide title and closing services to our clients in a more cost efficient and quicker manner.
